Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy covers the products only in certain conditions :-

1. If the wrong product is delivered.

2. If the product contains wrong photos or not what you sent to us.

3. If the product is damaged internally.

To avail return please send an opening video of the defected product to support@gocf.in and we will come up with a solution as soon as possible.

Our store does not avail exchange services.

Please note that the return period is limited to 15 days after the delivery is confirmed.

Refund is only eligible if the product defect is due to our lack of responsibility.
